    Please read these terms carefully before using IPTVON services.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the IPTVON website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of IPTVON.

    2. Service Description

    IPTVON provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) service that delivers live television channels, video on demand, and related entertainment content over the internet to subscribers in Canada. The service requires an active subscription and a compatible device with a stable internet connection.

    3. Subscription and Payment

    All subscription plans are prepaid. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for renewing your subscription before it expires to maintain uninterrupted service.

    4. Account Security

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your login information with others. Each subscription is intended for personal, household use only. IPTVON reserves the right to suspend accounts that show signs of unauthorized sharing or resale of credentials.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree to use IPTVON services for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not redistribute, resell, or rebroadcast any content accessed through our service. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the operation of our service or servers.

    6. Service Availability

    While we strive for 99.9% uptime, IPTVON does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Occasional maintenance, server updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

    7. Content and Channels

    The channel lineup and VOD library are subject to change without notice. IPTVON does not guarantee the availability of specific channels or content at all times. We continuously work to expand and improve our content offerings for Canadian viewers.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    IPTVON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription period.

    9. Modifications to Terms

    IPTVON reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
